About Meta Greenberg
Meta Greenberg is an independent consultant
and coach specializing in speech and business communication. She combines
a background in business/public administration, organizational analysis,
performance management and human resources with professional theater and
opera.
For more than 25 years, Meta Greenberg
has designed and taught a wide variety of courses in speaking and business
communication, supervisory and management skills, customer interaction,
consulting skills, and human resource issues. She coaches executives and
managers privately and works with specialized industry teams as they pursue
major new business opportunities.
Her focus is on analysis of the
organization first, and then consulting or training tailored to the
organization’s needs and practical readiness.
Meta Greenberg has written extensive
guidance and training materials, including a handbook on individual development
planning; guidebooks on performance management; human resource manuals;
supervisory self-study programs; a series of guidebooks and related training
material on quality circles; a self-study guidebook on customer interaction;
and many cases and workbooks in conjunction with courses. She is
certified as a facilitator by the International Association of Quality Circles,
and is a member of the American Society of Training and Development.
Meta is a graduate of the University of
Pennsylvania and completed graduate work at Northeastern University. She
has been a guest lecturer at Northeastern University, Suffolk University, and
the University of Massachusetts, and an instructor at Lesley University and at
the University of Connecticut Institute for Public Service.
